The Victoria's Secret experience.

Last month I stepped into Victoria Secret for the First time... ever. I had made it my mission to go into the store and spend lots of money. After looking at their online website, it had become a need of mine, to purchase something form Victoria's Secret. After realising how expensive it was going to be to order products online I decided to travel far and wide to the closest Victoria's Secret store I could find. (there's not a lot of them in the U.K) So I had arrived at the shopping centre in search of Victoria's Secret, Suddenly I was drew to this large pink stripy window display, typical of Victoria's Secret. I walked straight towards the store like my life depended on it.
It was as if I had walked into girly heaven when I stepped into the store. The beautiful décor was the first thing which caught my eye, most probably because of my love for interior design. Everything looked so pretty and feminine, from the cushions to the lighting, everything was so beautifully set out. I walked around the store taking in every little detail, the black and pink décor was so beautiful and the dim lights made the store seem so secretive and exclusive. As I looked around the store I fell in love with it. You know that feeling when you catch that persons eye you like, and you share a moment and your heart melts? That's how I feel when I walk into a store and see something I like; I'm transported into this perfect little world where everything seems right. Spending Hundreds of pounds on clothes and shoes just seems right. The underwear was so pretty and delicate, the fabrics were so soft. The delicate lace trimmings and silks were so luxurious. This was definitely any girls dream. Seeing the mannequins dressed up with their angel wings was like a work of art, stood there on show for the world to see.
I headed over to the beauty section and was amazed, seeing row after row of lovely looking scents, such a colourful display of fragrances. I was spoilt for choice, where to start? I was so overwhelmed! I spent the best part of 2 hours trying out different scents and wandering round the store . All the scents smelt so delicious and sweet. I wanted them all! The scents gave you that same kinda happy feeling when you sprayed them into the air. They all smelt so lovely! From floral and fresh scents to sweet and seductive, they were all gorgeous. I particularly loved the perfume bottle designs. They sat on the counters looking so pretty and chic. I thought about how nice they would look sitting on my dresser. In the end when I had finally came to a decision, I bought 3 perfumes and 4 fragrance mists. I bought 75 ml's of Victoria Secret Angel perfume for myself and 75ml's of it for my best friend, how could I not? I also bought a 50ml bottle of Noir tease, which I absolutely loved. I bought a variety of smells from the fragrance mist collection; Pure Seduction, Such A Flirt, Endless Love and True escape. I felt so happy and content purchasing my items. It was as if I'd achieved something great. When my fingers finally grasped onto the handles of the stripy pink bags - All the wonderful things inside were mine. Everything around me suddenly didn't matter. It was nothing but selfish bliss and I walked out of the store smiling.

New Year. New Beginnings!

First of all I would like to welcome you to my blog and wish you a happy new year! This year for me is going to be about new beginnings (So cliché, i know) and what better way to kick start the year than creating a blog, something I've always wanted to do but never got round to it, just like many other things such as; becoming a figure skater, owning a Chanel bag, skydiving, etc.... So I thought to myself, why not make this my new years resolution? And so here I am, the fashion obsessed girl who just wants to conquer the world, one heel at a time.
